My Favorite Things – An Altered Book Class

Each page invites participants to highlight one favorite thing in their life—people, places, hobbies, small joys, or an experience.

Start with a children’s board book I have prepared for you, and use paint, themed papers, pages, and ephemera to fill with your creativity. Each page can be a place to highlight one favorite thing in your life—people, places, hobbies, small joys, or an experiences. Add extras like small fabric swatches. or interactive elements like tags or pockets for extra journaling. All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring things you would like to include. No experience in art, or art journaling is needed.
