Do one or both\, whatever your schedule allows! \nJUNK JOURNAL MAKING: 9:00am – 12:00pm \nWe’ll be taking old papers\, book pages\, painted and stained pages and putting them together to make a journal. I’ll show you a simple way to sew the books into the covers\, and then we’ll have time to start filling it. You are welcome to bring any papers you have been “stockpiling” (we don’t use the word “hoarding”). This is a fun way of creating a journal that has character built into every page! \nGEL PLATE PRINTING & OPEN ART JOURNALING: 1:00pm – 4:00pm \nIf you’ve been wanting to try gel plate printing but are not sure how to start\, this is the perfect class. And if you are already familiar and just need time and space to make your prints\, then this is also the perfect class! I’ll have gel plates\, bryers\, stencils\, stamps and loads of paper to help you scratch that creative itch! \nAnd if you just want to bring an art journal and fill some pages with all the goodies I’ll have then you can do that\, too! \nYou can register for just the morning or just the afternoon\, or the whole day. SUMMARY:Colored Pencils 2 - Birds
DESCRIPTION:Color layers of feathers for a realistic look\nWe are going to use layers of colored pencil to create a natural look of soft feathers. This is ideal for absolute beginners as well as those with some experience using colored pencils. The focus will be on layering\, blending and burnishing. \nThis is a two hour class. All supplies are provided. \n

Bring your journal and use Studio 127 supplies. Our host and owner of HAS\, Stephanie\, has a little coffee bar – or try something from Dragon’s Forge just down the hall. I still offer the 10 pack for Open Art Journaling\, and if you have a balance on your card\, you can use it like normal. \nTo get to Huntsville Art Supplies\, park in the Smokestack Parking lot\, and go up the covered stairs to door 16.
